The boutique was founded by Andrew Finlayson, a former EMEA & Asia Managing Director for one the world's largest private recruitment companies, with over $1billion turnover across 350 global locations.

Prior to launching, Andrew spent two decades delivering search, headhunting and recruitment solutions in more than 25 countries.  These ranged from supporting Start-ups, SMEs through to FTSE 50 clients, including search and recruitment programme delivery for projects with CAPEX in excess of $20billion.

An international person, Andrew has lived in the UK, the United States, Qatar, Malta and the UAE.
